House panel OKs $234.7m in Fort Drum projects
A congressional committee Wednesday approved $234.7 million in construction projects for Fort Drum, rubber-stamping the Obama administration's annual budget request and adding a project requested by Rep. William L. Owens, D-Plattsburgh.

Zeroing in to fix Afghan marksmanship
The United States Army Marksmanship Unit, in conjunction with Soldiers from 10th Mountain Division out of Fort Drum, N.Y., and U.S. Army contractor MPRI, are working to improve marksmanship on all levels, from basic trainees to NCOs and officers attending combat training.
