Cavalry Soldiers Let Federal Police Take Over Training at TF Nassir (Iraq)
Soldiers with 1st Battalion, 89th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, conducted their final session as primary instructors for a training center, known as Task Force Nassir, at Contingency Operating Station Cashe South.

Army Pfc. Gabriel Alvarez, of Stockton, assigned to C Company Unit 10/BSB Mt. Division, was deployed to Afghanistan on March 25, serving his first tour. He serves as an Army medic and is stationed at Fort Drum, Watertown, N.Y.
