Fort Drum, NY – The U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Drum will be conducting a Change of Responsibility Ceremony Wednesday, March 3 at 11:00 a.m. Command Sergeant Major Ronald D. Andrews will relinquish responsibilities to Command Sergeant Major John F. McNeirney.
CSM Andrews is retiring after serving 30 years in the Army. CSM McNeirney most recently served as the senior non-commissioned officer for the 91st MP Battalion, Fort Drum.
Media interested in covering the event should meet at the Media Operations Center on Rt. 26, Wednesday, March 3 at 10:30 a.m.
